Single Serving Buffalo Chicken Dip
This Buffalo Chicken Dip is creamy and cheesy with a hint of spice and the perfect size for 1-2 people!

- 3/4 cup shredded chicken
- 1 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 tbsp ranch
- 4 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp Buffalo sauce
Preheat your oven to 350º.
Start by shredding your chicken. I use a rotisserie chicken to make things easier and quicker.
Spray a small oven safe dish with cooking spray.
Combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch, 2 tbsp’s of shredded cheddar cheese, and Buffalo sauce in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Place mixture in greased dish and top with remaining 2 tbsp’s of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
