Buffalo chicken dip is one of my favorite appetizers and with only a handful of ingredients it’s super easy to make! It’s creamy and cheesy and has a hint of spice without being too spicy.
One day I was craving it but didn’t want a huge batch as it would only be for me and my husband so I set out to create a small batch that would be the perfect size for one of two people. No worries if you’re making it for a party or large group, just double (or triple or whatever the case may be) the ingredients as needed!
Ingredients:
- Shredded Chicken
- Cream Cheese
- Ranch
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Buffalo Sauce
How to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip:
Start by preheating your oven to 350º.
Shred your chicken. I prefer to use a rotisserie chicken to make things quicker and easier.
Spray a small oven safe dish with cooking spray.
Combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and Buffalo sauce in a bowl. Make sure everything is thoroughly mixed and place in the greased dish.
Top with remaining half of shredded cheddar cheese.
Place dish in oven, uncovered, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy!
