Oven Roasted Green Beans

These oven roasted green beans are full of flavor and are the perfect side dish as well as the perfect pairing for your holiday dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. green beans
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes you can omit if you don’t like a hint of spice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400º.
  • Wash the green beans and pat dry.
  • Cut the ends off of the green beans and transfer to a bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and add your seasonings - garlic powder, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. The crushed red pepper flakes lend a bit of a spice so feel free to omit if you don’t prefer a hint of spice.
  • Toss the bowl to fully and evenly coat all of the green beans.
  • Place green beans in a single layer on a baking tray and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on your oven.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Air Fryer Version: Follow the same instructions as above for seasonings and air fry at 390º for 5 minutes.
