3-Ingredient Homemade Strawberry Jam
This strawberry jam is super easy and delicious. The best part is it comes together with only three ingredients!

- 2 cups strawberries, finely diced
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Finely dice strawberries, the smaller the better, until you have 2 cups worth of diced strawberries.
Add strawberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice to a medium size pot and stir to combine.
Place pot on stove over medium/high heat. Take a potato masher and stir/mash frequently.
Once mixture reaches a rolling boil, set timer to 10 minutes. Continue to mash frequently for the 10 minutes while the jam continues to boil.
Once the 10 minutes is up, remove the jam from the stove. Transfer the jam evenly to both jars and let cool fully before transferring to the refrigerator. I like to let my jam sit in the fridge for at least a few hours, preferably overnight, before eating as it will continue to thicken in the fridge.
Jam can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a few weeks or in the freezer for up to three months.
